We provide a free quotation for each house clearance we undertake. As each one is different, we don’t offer a standard price for clearances. We can quote by visiting the property, or from high-quality images that can be emailed or sent to us.
Our aim is to reuse or recycle as much as we possibly can. That way, we can provide you with our best quotation for the clearance. Anything that can be reused, we will aim to either sell or donate, and very little ends up being sent to landfill. Anything we think can be sold, we deduct the value of this from your quote! That way, we always give you the best possible price.
Unlike many other House Clearance companies, we clear virtually everything* from houses, including all the leftover rubbish from the bins! Our staff will do all the lifting and moving, so you don’t need to do anything.

There is unfortunately no one size fits all pricing structure for a house clearance. The cost is dependent on a number of factors. Normally, we would view the property prior to the clearance starting. That would enable us to give you our best possible price for the quotation.
Our normal lead time to complete a clearance is in the region of 3 to 5 working days.
